Visa Requirement

Foreign Attendees are required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China. No visa is required for ordinary passport holders from Singapore, Brunei and Japan to visit China for up to 15 days for business, sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends or transit.

Attendees can apply for a tourist visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy. If attendees apply for a tourist visa to attend the conference, an official visa invitation letter will not be needed from the Conference.

Attendees are advised to consult the nearest Chinese diplomatic mission for details. Please visit the Chinese Embassy Official Website:www.visaforchina.org for more detailed information about the Chinese Embassy close to your location. To request an official invitation letter (only if requested), please download the application form and scan your passport with the page which shows your own information, and mail them to amaconference2016@ccpit.org

Please note, it normally takes at least 15 working days to get the official invitation, we suggest you apply for it at least 45 days beforehand.
