Xiao Jianguo

Xiao Jianguo is the Professor and doctoral supervisor of Renmin University of China Law School, he also acts as an arbitrator of CIETAC, Special Consultant of the Supreme People’s Court, member of Case Guidance Expert Committee of the Supreme People’s Court, Executive Member of the Standing Committee of China Institute of Civil Procedural Law and China Institute of Arbitration Law. He has published more than 40 books, such as Civil Procedural Law (7th Edition) and Arbitration Law (3rd Edition) and more than 100 articles on periodicals such as Chinese Laws and Law Research. He has also fully participated in amending the new Civil Procedural Law and drafting judicial interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court on civil procedures.
