Chen Liaomin

Chen Liaomin, female, the Han nationality, Party member, with a bachelor’s degree, was born in April 1972. She is the current vice president of Hangzhou Xihu district people's court. She has engaged in mediation and quick judging procedure in civil and commercial trials since she began to work in 1989. At the same time, she is actively exploring the diversification of disputes resolving mechanism, trying out the “online court” as well as the “judge studio online”, both of which have obtained good legal effect and social effect. Chen Liaomin have achieved remarkable honors, including being elected as a representative of the 18th National Congress of CPC in 2012 and awarded “National Model Judge”, “National Excellent Female Judge”, “Good judge of the people”, the national "March 8 Red-Banner Holder", the national “May 1 model”, "National Advanced Worker”, Merit Citation Class I, Merit Citation Class II, and Merit Citation Class III twice.
