He Guicai

He Guicai, graduated from Peking University, is the senior partner of Beijing Jingze Law Firm. Heis also a mediator of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Mediation Center/ China Chamber of International Commerce (CCPIT/CCOIC) Mediation Center, and arbitrator of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Hong Kong International Arbitration Center.
He specializes in trade and investment, M&A and listing, commercial mediation and arbitration, and is qualified with the position of Independent Director of Listed Company, Legal Adviser and General Counsel, and Senior Lawyer of People’s Republic of China. Since 1988 when he entered the legal industry, he has taken the position of Director of a lawyer firm, Director of Legal Affairs Department of CCPIT/CCOIC, Secretary-General of Mediation Center, and Chief Legal Consultants, etc.
He Guicai has undertaken hundreds of civil and commercial cases after being engaged in legal consultation and lawyer practice. He arbitrated nearly350 cases of being an arbitrator; and mediated around650commercial cases of being a mediator.
