Zhang Changhao, 38-year-old,is currently the Chief Editor of the Court Channel of Sina.com. In the pastfive years, he has mainly engaged in building and running online mediation platform and open judicial platform, helping the Supreme People’s Court design and set up open network for court hearing, providing online mediation platform for courts across the nation.
Sina.com has been dedicated to mobilize the community to resolve disputes in diverse ways. In recent years, the Court Channel of Sina.com has formed its own panel of 300 professional talents, combining its Internetresources and primary experiences on online mediation with court-connected mediation, so as to independently developan internet-based online dispute resolution platform, and to further explore the practical application of the platform with courts across China.
